2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Local Delivery

We proudly offer free local delivery within the 2216 postal area (Brighton-le-Sands and surrounding suburbs).
Orders eligible for free local delivery are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after the order has been processed and confirmed.

For deliveries outside this area, standard shipping rates will apply based on your location and order weight.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including tracking information, if applicable.

5. Shipping Times and Carriers

For orders outside our local delivery area, shipping times may vary between 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
We partner with reputable Australian courier services such as Australia Post and Sendle to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, public holidays, or courier issues. VivaWell cannot be held responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at sales@vivawell.au.
We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue promptly and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. VivaWell is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
